Funnelor provides digital consulting, automation deployment, and system implementation services. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are limited and governed strictly under this policy.
The ₹299 Automation Diagnostic Session fee is non-refundable.
If the client proceeds with full deployment, this fee is adjusted in the final implementation invoice.
If the client chooses not to proceed after the diagnostic, no refund will be issued.
Once automation deployment, server configuration, system integration, or custom setup work has begun, all payments are non-refundable.
Funnelor allocates technical resources, time, and infrastructure upon project initiation. These services cannot be reversed.
Refunds will not be issued based on:
Funnelor does not guarantee results, and performance-based refund claims are not accepted.
Refunds will not be provided if project delays occur due to:
Refunds may be considered only if Funnelor fails to deliver the agreed technical scope due to internal error.
Any approved refund shall not exceed the unused portion of the service fee.
Ongoing maintenance or support plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes without prior written communication will be treated as a breach of agreement. Funnelor reserves the right to suspend services and pursue recovery actions.
Funnelor reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Continued engagement with our services implies acceptance of updates.
