Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality Policy

1. Purpose

This Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality Policy outlines how Funnelor protects confidential information shared during automation diagnostics, consultation, deployment, and ongoing services.

2. Definition of Confidential Information

Confidential Information includes but is not limited to:

• Lead databases and customer information
• Sales strategies and conversion processes
• Advertising data and performance reports
• Server credentials and infrastructure access
• Internal operational workflows

3. Confidentiality Commitment

Funnelor agrees not to disclose, distribute, sell, or misuse any confidential information shared by the client except as required to perform contracted services.

4. Diagnostic Session Protection

All information shared during the ₹299 Automation Diagnostic Session is treated as confidential and used solely for system evaluation and feasibility reporting.

5. Data Access Control

Access to client systems and data is limited to authorized personnel strictly for service execution purposes.

6. Self-Hosted Deployments

In self-hosted implementations, Funnelor does not retain ownership of client data and does not store lead databases unless explicitly agreed in writing.

7. Exclusions

Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that:

• Is publicly available without breach of agreement
• Was lawfully obtained from a third party
• Is required to be disclosed by law

8. Intellectual Property Protection

Funnelor’s automation frameworks, system architecture, deployment methodology, and technical designs remain the intellectual property of Funnelor.

9. Duration

Confidentiality obligations remain in effect during and after the service relationship unless otherwise agreed in writing.
